  This was my first time at McKay Bay Lodge and I will definitely be going back. The staff and owners were knowledgeable about the history of the area and were attentive without being intrusive. The food was fantastic! The lodge was comfortable, cozy and large enough to feel seclusive. The site is beautiful and the boat tour of the surrounding area was breathtaking. A rural site with all the amenities! Thank you McKays and staff!! See you soon!

  I stayed at McKay Bay Lodge earlier this year and it was an excellent vacation. The accommodation was great, the hot tub was fun and the owners are incredibly friendly. We were treated to some of the best fishing I have ever done. Would 100% recommend to anyone looking for a beautiful adventure.

  Had a terrific Canada Day weekend at the lodge! The family and staff were so welcoming and helpful, the fishing was right and the surroundings are spectacular. There's even an idyllic outdoor hot tub!

  Every time we head to bamfield for fishing we use them for fuel. The staff are always polite and right there to give you any assistance of you need it.
